Vision Engineer – ensure the quality of pharmaceutical drugs and devices

Do you want to play a key role in delivering vision inspection solutions for advanced production machines? Do you want to be part of a talented team in a company at the forefront of production software solutions?  And do you dream of a flexible work week with room for a life in balance?

If that’s three times yes, you might be our new Vision Engineer.

Work for better patient safety

We provide globally leading pharmaceutical companies with end-to-end production software solutions – standardized and custom – within data collection & decision support, traceability, digital print, vision inspection, and automated test.

As Vision Engineer you will implement inspection solutions that improve patient safety by ensuring the quality of pharmaceutical products and devices.

Your primary responsibilities are:

  • Commissioning new projects. You will install, configure, and run in vision systems on site at machine manufacturers or pharma end-users.
  • Solution design including camera, optics, and lighting. This involves working closely with our customers to shape an inspection solution that matches their needs.
  • Being on top of project plan and deliverables so that we deliver on time, on spec and on price.
  • Providing remote and on-site support for our customers in your role as system expert.

In addition to this, you will support the rest of the vision team in their day-to-day tasks, including:

  • Providing input to our Sales team in the quotation and negotiation phase to ensure that we specify projects in a way that supports smooth execution.
  • Ensuring compliance with the regulatory demands of the pharmaceutical industry

We want you to focus on doing what you do best, so expect that meetings and time-consuming processes are kept to an absolute minimum.

You will work out of our Hørsholm office and primarily support the pharma companies in the area, but you can also expect 10 travel days/year.

Vision engineer with machine experience and a desire to deliver

We imagine that you

  • hold a degree in a technical field.
  • have machine vision experience.
  • know your way around a machine. You could be a machine engineer or have hands-on experience from previous jobs.
  • have some software experience. Your preferred tool is not important, but we expect a genuine interest and a desire to learn and grow.

In addition to this, you

  • have a high degree of credibility and take pride in delivering high-quality projects.
  • work in a structured way with overview and attention to detail.
  • possess excellent communication skills and speak/write English at a professional level.
  • understand how to communicate with different profiles and navigate unexpected situations.
  • are a team player and actively participate in developing the future direction of the team.

We encourage anyone qualified to apply for the position regardless of age, gender, religion, or ethnicity.

Adapt your schedule to fit your lifestyle

You are the expert on what makes you happy and efficient. So, whether that entails a 4-day work week or working in the evening or from home that is simply how you will be working.
