Our quality and environmental management system is certified by Bureau Veritas according to ISO 9001 and 14001.

The QEMS integrates best practices for project execution and environmental responsibility and allows us to standardize our processes and improve performance over time.

As a continual improvement system, the QEMS is constantly updated based on new learnings.

5 steps to a successful project

Requirement analysis

Perhaps the most important of all steps, as this is where we uncover needs and assumptions in detail so that we can manage expectations and lay the foundation for a great project.

Prestudy

In this stage we focus on identifying and eliminating technical risks. Again, this is about minimizing risk and carefully managing expectations.

Partnerships

If the solution contains hardware or electronics (like cameras, test fixtures, etc.), we define the components in this stage and select the right partners for the project.

Agile development

Now it's time to create the solution. We use an agile development process and continuously keep you updated on the progress.

Supervised launch

Once the system is commissioned, it's time for you to gradually take over while we help make the final adjustments. Depending on your service agreement, we can stay on for as long as you like.
